Covid-19 Communication

Scottsdale Premier Families,

We hope all of our families are doing well amidst this troubling time in our community and nation. Please bear with us as we try to navigate the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We are reaching out today to give you an update on our club strategy in regards to the Coronavirus. The health and well-being of our children, families and staff is always our top priority.

With the guidance of the CDC, US Soccer, US Club Soccer, Arizona Soccer Association (ASA), Scottsdale Unified School District, and the CDC we will be postponing practices on a week by week basis starting this week. We will update our members on a weekly basis moving forward and when safe and appropriate resume as soon as possible. The Club will constantly be monitoring the situation with the Arizona Department of Health Services and will keep you updated with any potential changes to the current plan. Expect email updates and check the web page each weekend as we move forward.

As previously communicated The Arizona Soccer Association has cancelled all Open League games for at least the next two weeks, until March 29th. The Scottsdale Unified School District has also shut down on campus activities during that same time period.

When practices do resume, we urge you to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • DO NOT ATTEND practice if you are sick

  • Limit the practices to players only (parents to drop off and pick up only)

  • Wash hands before and after training

  • Use hand sanitizer in the car when training is finished

  • Refrain from handshaking and high fives. Toe tap or bump elbows instead

  • Get good rest, hydrate and eat well.

Please trust that we are doing everything we can to keep us all safe and we will communicate any new information or changes as soon as they are available.
